In order to submit a song for consideration the following criteria must be met:

1. The performing writer must be a resident of the Nashville Metro Area.
2. The songwriter must also be the song's performing artist.
3. Only one original song may be submitted per song submission form.
4. Fill in the online song submission form with all appropriate information by clicking the online song submission form link at the bottom of this page.
5. Song Submission Forms that are not completed in total will not be considered.
6. NO ELECTRONIC SONG SUBMISSIONS (MP3s, wav, etc.) of any recordings will be accepted. CDs only.
7. Upon song submission receipt and approval you will receive a song submission number by email. That number must be included in the return address area of the envelope that you use to submit your song.

8. Download a separate song submission form on the page following the electronic submission form and complete that form with all appropriate and required signatures. Include that completed form with your original song submission package
9. Include a typed lyric sheet with your Song Submission Number under the title.
10. Clearly label your CD with Song Submission Number, Title and your name.
11. Only packages with self-address, stamped envelopes will be returned.
